I am a seeker of rhythms that support a sustainable and grounded way of being in life and community.

I am a writer always using my creative imagination in the forms my words take whether essay or poem or…

I finished a two-year program with the Living School in New Mexico in the Fall of 2020 and continue to work with Cynthia Bourgeault in her Wisdom School. The Center of Action and Contemplation has helped form my contemplative heart in many ways, offering me a unique opportunity to a deepening engagement with the truest self and with the world. The journey of discovery towards an authentic identity and growing my capacity to embody my calling in the world is an active place of concern. The rigorous study and contemplative practice I participated in awakened me to the pattern of reality—God’s loving presence with and in all things. I continue to embrace the rich heritage of faith from the Christian mystical tradition and other wisdom ways of the universe. I prosper with the continued guidance of the core faculty and staff of the Living School; Richard Rohr, Cynthia Bourgeault, James Finley, Barbara Holmes and Brian McLaren.

I am finishing up my study in the Masters of Arts in Theopoetics and Writing at the Earlham School of Religion and Bethany Theological Seminary before heading to Teton Canyon, Wyoming to be Campground Host with my wife for the summer season. She and I are both looking forward to the change of pace and exploring other ways of reaching out with offerings of workshops and collaborative projects on the Theopoetic engagement of spirit and the world.

After a time of connecting with many travelers and the wonders of the natural world I will be continuing my writing and study and will begin offering Spiritual Direction to those who are attracted to the world view I bring to the table of divine listening.
